Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your exact location and are automatically calculated during checkout.
For some destinations, both standard and express shipping options are available. Standard shipping is handled by DHLand may take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
Express shipping is provided by carriers such as UPS, DHL Express, TNT, and others, depending on the destination. These services typically deliver within 2–5 business days worldwide and include more efficient customs handling.
For higher-value items in particular, express shipping is strongly recommended to minimize potential delays, especially during customs clearance.

Lead time
The lead time of the individual products is specified in their product description. Please keep in mind that some products are made on-order with lead time of several weeks.
Value-added Tax (VAT)
Prices in the online shop are automatically adjusted to the applicable VAT rate based on your shipping country. For orders placed from outside the EU, prices are automatically displayed without VAT (0% VAT).
Important: If you are ordering on behalf of a VAT-registered business within the EU, please note that the shop system cannot automatically deduct VAT. To receive a VAT-free invoice, please contact us in advance at info@filmomat.eu.
Import Taxes and TARIFFS
